What I do

I lead the outcome and stay close to the build.

Almost two decades across enterprise ERP and Microsoft Business Applications have taken me from product development and hands-on engineering to solution architecture, delivery leadership, practice building and AI.

01End-to-end accountability

From strategy and governance to the hard technical decisions.

I work across the full lifecycle of enterprise business applications: shaping scope and target architecture, setting delivery and engineering standards, leading teams, planning migration and integration, governing risk and release, guiding cutover and hypercare, and staying accountable for the result. I am equally comfortable in an executive design conversation or getting into the technical detail when a decision needs proving.

02A builder at heart

Architecture is better when you can still prove it.

I started in ERP and .NET product development, spent years inside AX 4.0, AX 2009, AX 2012 and D365 F&O, and then moved through technical lead, solution architect and delivery/practice leadership roles. The role grew, but I never wanted architecture to become a diagram-only job.

I still prototype, troubleshoot and review code; shape SAP, Oracle and AX migrations into D365; design banking, HR, EDI and Azure integrations; build Power Platform and Power Pages solutions; and use proof-of-concepts to remove risk before a team scales the solution.

I share delivery lessons, architecture thinking and community work on LinkedIn. I’m also preparing a public code portfolio for reusable Dynamics, Power Platform, migration and agent patterns.
